Baked Acorn Squash


Ingredients
2 small acorn squash (about 1-3/4 lbs. ea.), halved and seeded
1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Cinnamon Spread or Honey
4 tsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

In microwave-safe baking dish, arrange squash, cut side up. Evenly spread with Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Cinnamon Spread then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Microwave covered at HIGH 10 minutes or until squash are tender.
