Season chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Remove chicken and set aside. In same skillet, melt remaining 3 tablespoons Spread and cook onion, garlic, salt and pepper until onion is tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes. Add wine and cook 1 minute. Stir in cream. Return chicken and any chicken juices to skillet. Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
